After detectives interviewed the victims and witnesses, and reviewed video footage, they were able to determine that one of the people shot was actually the primary suspect in the case.

Detectives were able to obtain an arrest warrant and 29-year-old Daniel Mitchell was arrested on Thursday just one block from his home. During the arrest, detectives found a loaded handgun on Mitchell.

Mitchell was arrested and is now charged with four counts of attempted first-degree murder and handgun violations.
