A 33-year-old woman has been charged with attempted murder in connection with a shooting in the 500 block of N. Rose Street last week.
A 22-year-old man was shot in the head, Baltimore Police said.
On Monday, police arrested Lauren Carter, who lives on that block.
Carter faces charges of first-degree attempted murder and conspiracy to commit murder.
A second suspect remains at large.
