Baltimore County Police are investigating a deadly double shooting that happened Thursday night in Owings Mills.
Police responded to reports of a shooting on Lower Gate Court around 10:45 p.m.
"I heard the gunshots and I also heard cars crashing,” Linnea Poole said, “and the next thing I know, my dog was barking you know like crazy and she was scratching and I called my neighbor and that's when she said, 'Look out the window,' and that's when we saw the young man laying here. The sad part is that I did hear him breathing still."

Poole and some of her neighbors called 911, but the moments before officers arrived would prove to be 19-year-old Treshawn William Johnson's last.
"When officers arrived on the scene, they found one man dead on the sidewalk and another man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds," Baltimore County police spokesman Cpl. John Wachter said.

Investigators believe that three men were involved in some kind of exchange that ended with one of them shooting the other two men several times.
Police believe the men knew each other.
What is certain is that Poole and her neighbors will not soon forget the violence and the unanswered questions surrounding the teen's death.
"I heard him gasping and I was like, 'I can't believe somebody is just inches away from my front door... you know... gasping," Poole said.
Anyone with information that could help police is asked to call them at 410-307-2020 or Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7LOCKUP.
