PIKESVILLE, Md. — Baltimore County Police have identified a man that was shot and killed in the Milford Mill area Saturday.
It happened just before 4:25 in the morning when officers from the Pikesville Precinct were called to the unit block of Church Lane for a reported unknown illness.
Arriving units found a 31-year-old man later identified as Jeborha Lamar Kelly suffering from a gunshot wound.
He was transported to a local hospital where he died.
