Take a good look at the man in the surveillance video---a man concealing a rifle under his coat who committed not one, but two armed robberies at the New Town Village Center on Groffs Mill Drive in Owings Mills.

"It's scary, because it's happening in broad daylight,” said Blake Buckner, “You never know what people are thinking these days. It's around the holidays and they're getting desperate."
Desperate, as the suspect entered Beauty 2U on Sunday afternoon, pointed the rifle at a clerk, demanded money and disappeared within 30 seconds.
Less than 48 hours later, he hit the China Wok just around the corner in the same shopping center.
"Definitely, it would make me have second thoughts about the safety,” said Kim Theobald who frequents the center, “I had no idea that had happened. That's terrible."
Sandwiched between the two businesses, employees like Buckner at Janna's Salon, have become nervous with the armed robber still at large.
"When the police come, they kind of escort us," said Buckner.
They are also concerned for their customers, mindful that the same man who has struck twice without firing a shot could pull the trigger under the wrong circumstances.
"We lock the doors,” said Buckner, “Usually, we know who's coming in and out. So we look out for them, and we usually keep the doors locked now that that happened."
If you recognize the suspect or have any information, which could help investigators, you're asked to call the Baltimore County Police Department at 410-307-2020.
