Two would-be armed robbers chose the wrong bar to hold up earlier this week.
Tyree McCoy and Joseph McInnis clearly didn’t know Monaghan’s Pub was hosting a retirement party for police officers when they allegedly demanded money from a cashier at the Woodlawn bar and restaurant on August 29.
Police arrested the suspects a short time after they fled the scene.
Both are facing armed robbery, theft and assault charges.
