Police have charged one of the armed robbery suspects in Monday’s police involved shooting.
Askari Francisco Gomes, 17, is charged as an adult with with nine counts of armed robbery, five counts of first degree assault, and two firearms violations. He is held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.

Gomes is one of three suspects shot by police following an armed robbery spree in Baltimore County on March 13. One suspect, Rashad Opher, died of his injuries.
Another suspect remains in the hospital. Charges against him are pending.
