Police learned that the shooting death of the two victims, 26-year-old Cameron Stenhouse and 34-year-old Dennis Vasquez, was a result of a drug deal gone wrong.

Powell was arrested Tuesday evening and is held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center following a bail review hearing.
