A Baltimore County man arrested earlier this year has been indicted on human trafficking, prostitution, and other criminal charges.
Ryan Russell Parks, 25, was arrested on January 10, 2018, after investigators learned he used a social media app to lure a 15-year-old to Baltimore with the intent of using her as a prostitute. Officers say Parks told the girl how to make dates with men using the internet.
The investigation on Parks had started in late November of 2017 after a different 15-year-old was found in a Woodlawn motel. Investigators believe Parks may have trafficked other women.
On Monday Parks was indicted on multiple charges relating to the previous arrest including human trafficking of a minor, prostitution, third-degree sex offense, as well as other criminal charges.
