TOWSON, Md (WMAR) — Police are in search of a burglar who broke into a parking garage ticket booth and stole a cash register.
The incident happened two days after Christmas at around 10:45 p.m. at the Fairmount Place Garage in Towson.
Newly released surveillance footage shows the bandit using an object covered in a plastic garbage bag to shatter the windows of the ticket booth. The thief then managed to remove the entire register.
The register was later found destroyed in another area of the garage. It's believed the burglar walked away with about $6.00.
