PERRY HALL, Md. — A little over a week after a woman was found dead inside of a car in Perry Hall, an arrest has been made.
19-year-old Christopher James Engles, Taylor India Webb's ex-boyfriend, was arrested on Thursday and is being held without bond at the Baltimore County Detention Center. He is being charged with first-degree murder.

Police say Webb arranged to meet with Engles just half of a mile from his home on Bellhurst Way, the same place Webb was found dead.
Officers say Webb was found inside a parked car on Hickory Falls Way on February 26 only a couple minutes before midnight.
The motive for the shooting is still under investigation.
When Engles was a 17 year old, he was charged as an adult with bringing a gun to school as a student at Perry Hall High School, Baltimore County Police confirmed.
