The teen accused of bringing a pellet gun to school and causing the lockdown at Loch Raven High on Thursday will face charges.
Students said the 14-year-old freshman brought the gun to school to get even after losing a fight the day before. Another student who had seen the gun in the boy's backpack notified a school resource officer who then initiated the lockdown.

On Friday, Baltimore County Police announced the teen will be charged as a juvenile with Disturbing School Activities at School and Dangerous Weapon on School Property. Police said they will not release his name because he is being charged as a juvenile.
The school opened as normal on Friday.
