A man is in custody on attempted murder charges.
On Wednesday evening, Baltimore County Police announced the arrest of Ronald Lee Scott, 27, of Sparrows Point.
Scott is suspected of shooting a man on May 5 in the area of Stemmers Run Road and North Marlyn Avenue in Essex.
