Baltimore County Police said they arrested a man responsible for a Tuesday night double shooting in Middle River.
William Lee Lipscomb was arrested and charged in the incident. Maryland Case Search shows Lipscomb has been charged with two counts of attempted first-degree murder, two counts of first-degree assault, and the use of a firearm in a violent crime.
County police said Tuesday two victims were driven to a local hospital for treatmentfollowing a double shooting.
