DUNDALK — Baltimore County Police have made an arrest in the September shooting of a woman in Dundalk.
30-year-old Melissa Lynn West was found shot and killed on September 23 in the 500 block of Fairview Avenue that evening.

29-year-old Ricky Raheem Charles was arrested and charged with the first degree murder of West, following what police believe to be a road rage incident.
Charles is being held without bail.
