PARKVILLE, Md. — Baltimore County Police are investigating a fatal shooting in Parkville Monday evening.
Officers responded to Stillmeadow Road near Dunfield Road at around 6:30 p.m. for a shooting and found a man suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper body.
They began life-saving procedures, but the man was pronounced deceased at the scene by medics. The suspect(s) fled the scene prior to police arrival.
Detectives believe this was a targeted shooting and there is no further danger to the general public.
