COCKEYSVILLE, Md. (WMAR) — An investigation is underway after a man was shot in a Cockeysville shopping center parking lot, and later died inside a convenience store.
Baltimore County Police were called to the Quick Mart Dairy Store around 11 p.m. Wednesday.
When they got there, they found 32-year-old Colby Omar Woodward inside the store suffering from a gunshot wound.
Paramedics pronounced Woodward dead on the scene minutes later.
Investigators think Woodward was shot in the parking lot of the Cranbrook Shopping Center, and went inside the Quick Mart afterwards for help.
Police don't believe the shooting was random, but have not released any details on what led to the incident or possible suspects involved.
