WOODLAWN, Md. — A 36-year-old man was shot and killed in his front yard overnight in Woodlawn.

Baltimore County Police responded to the 3000 block of Fairview Road at around 1:30 a.m. on Wednesday for reports of shooting.

They found 36-year-old Al Taveius Webb lying unresponsive in his front yard.

Medics tried to save Webb and took him to Sinai Hospital, where he died.

Police are investigating what led up to the shooting, and who may have been involved.

"Right now, we don't have a lot of information. We don't have anybody who actually saw what happened so we're definitely looking for anyone in the neighborhood or the general area that may have heard the shots fired or saw something, like a vehicle leaving the area quickly; somebody that may have been on foot fleeing from the area. Anything, we are looking for anything right now," said Officer Jennifer Peach.

A reward is being offered through Metro Crime Stoppers. Police are also asking neighbors who have doorbell cameras to look through them at around the time of the shooting and if it captured anything suspicious, alert police.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 410-307-2020 or Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7LOCKUP.
