A man is in serious condition after jumping three stories from a window during a four hour standoff with police.
The incident occurred Monday afternoon at an apartment complex on Shipping Place in Dundalk.
Baltimore County Police say the man barricaded himself inside a third floor apartment and threatened to kill himself and blow up the building.
The threats prompted a building evacuation and a response from the police departments tactical and crisis negotiation teams.
During the standoff, the man threw multiple items out the window and later jumped.
He was taken to a local hospital and is listed in serious condition.
