Man shot while walking in White Marsh Precinct Monday night; victim suffers non-life-threatening injuries

WHITE MARSH, Md. — A man was injured following a reported shooting in White Marsh Precinct Monday night.

At a little before 8 p.m., police arrived to the area of Arnhem and Leiden Road for a call of a man who was suffering from a gunshot wound. The man said that that he was walking in Arnhem Road when he was shot by an unknown suspect.

The victim fled the area and was later transported to an area hospital for treatment for a non-life-threatening wound.

The Baltimore County Police Violent Crimes Unit responded to the scene and is continuing to investigate the shooting. Anyone with information should contact police at (410) 307-2020.
