CATONSVILLE, Md. — Uh oh! There's a car and potato chips thief on the loose and police need the public's help to identify him.
Baltimore County Police say the wanted man stole a car from Orphington Road in Catonsville last week.
But strangely, they say he decided to leave the car and took off with a box of chips that were in the vehicle.
Police released surveillance photos of the man and reported that he walks with a noticeable limp.
