The Baltimore County Police Precinct 11 Investigative Services Unit has located and arrested Jerome Irvin Luedtke, Jr. for beating a small dog to death with a glass bottle.

On Wednesday, at 1:35 p.m., police made the arrest and they believe Luedtke shaved his head in an effort to avoid being caught. He remains at the Baltimore County Detention Center and has been charged with Aggravated Cruelty to an Animal.
