At least 15 vehicles were vandalized with swastikas and other obscene graffiti in Lochearn overnight, Baltimore County Police said Friday.
The vehicles were in the 3700 block of Sylvan Drive and the 3600 block of Lochearn Drive. One home's storm door and another home's brick facade were also spray painted.
After a review of surveillance images, police think the vandal was in the area from 11:30 p.m. Thursday to 12:30 a.m. Friday. The person captured on footage is seen in dark pants, dark colored hood sweatshirt, carrying a book bag.
