Baltimore County Police are investigating a shooting at the Foundry Row Shopping Center parking lot, located in the 10000 block of Reisterstown Road in Owings Mills.
Officials say an adult victim was found at an area hospital. He is listed in good condition.
Investigators believe the shooting was targeted and presents no further threat to public safety.
The case is ongoing.
