Baltimore County Police arrested and charged 28-year-old Kristopher Allen Delauter for the Owings Mills robbery of China Wok and Beauty 2 U.

Due to a huge amount of citizen tips, police were able to identify Delauter and his connection to the two robberies and a third robbery that happened on December 14 at Asian Garden Restaurant in Reisterstown.
"Citizen input is the key component in public safety. We are grateful for citizens willing to become involved to help us identify and remove dangerous criminals from our community," said Chief Terrence Sheridan.
Delauter has been charged with three counts of Armed Robbery and is currently held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
