At the time of the incident, two of the teens left the scene in the teacher's black Kia Sportage while the other two fled in the vehicle they rode in.
Detectives then proceeded to investigate leads on the identities of the last two suspects when they were able to make an arrest of one Monday, a 15-year-old charged as a juvenile.
The other teen, 16-year-old Celandra Lace Lacruze, was arrested Tuesday and is being charged as an adult. She is charged with carjacking, robbery, and theft of auto and has no bail.
Officials say they both admitted to their involvement in the Villa Cresta case and other incidents in Baltimore City.
