ROSEDALE, Md. — Baltimore County Police have charged a suspect in the death of 32-year-old Denys Javie Hernandez-Martinez.

37-year-old Carlos Alexander Chavez-Alvarez is charged with first degree murder and held without bail.
According to police, Chavez-Alvarez confronted the victim in the early morning hours over a previous argument and proceeded to cut and stab him.
Baltimore County Police arrested Chavez-Alvarez around 3 p.m. on Thursday.
