A federal grand jury indicted a Randallstown man after they say he made and possessed child pornography.
Officials say, John Michael Fowler, 27, produced images of prepubescent minors doing sexual acts to an adult male between 2013 and 2014. Fowler is also being charged with one count of possessing child porn.
Fowler faces a possible sentence of 30 years in prison for each count of production of child pornography and 20 years in prison for possession of child pornography.
Fowler has a five-count indictment.
