Suspect arrested in connection to Sparrows Point restaurant fight

SPARROWS POINT, Md. — Baltimore County Police have arrested a suspect involved in the June 16 disturbance that happened in the area of Tiki Lee's Dock Bar in the 4300 block of Shore Road.

Davvaughn William Howard, 22, has been charged with three counts of first-degree assault and four counts of second-degree assault.

On June 16, just before 1 a.m., Baltimore County Police received calls for a disturbance in the area of Shore Road and found several individuals lying on the ground injured.

Officers were able to determine that a group started a fight inside Tiki Lee’s. Security removed the group from the bar. As the group left, they walked up Shore Road and continued to assault random people.

Police identify numerous victims who were assaulted on Shore Road. At least two of the victims sought medical treatment.
