An arrest is made after a woman's body is found inside her home one day shy of her 62nd birthday.
Baltimore County Police said Tuesday, the Medical Examiners Office officially ruled the cause of death a homicide
Police were called to the 7900 block of Roseland Avenue just after 8 p.m. Sunday, when a relative found the victim on her kitchen floor suffering from upper body trauma.
The woman, identified as Cindy Berdina Testerman was pronounced deceased on scene. She would have turned 62 years of age on Monday.
Once charges are filed and the suspect is processed, police say their identity will be released.
