Westminster Royal Farms robber sought

WESTMINSTER, Md. — Maryland State Police are hoping someone can help identify a suspect who robbed a Westminster Royal Farms store late Wednesday.

Troopers from the Westminster Barrack responded to the store at 1818 Baltimore Blvd. for a reported armed robbery that had just occurred. Police shared photos of the suspect, shown above.

The robbery occurred at roughly 10:22 p.m., police said. The robber entered the store an demanded money from the register from a clerk. After taking the money, he fled on foot towards Nelson's Service Center where police think a vehicle may have been waiting for him.

The suspect was described as a white man using a black or chrome handgun. he was wearing something that covered his hands, a red bandana across his face, and a black jacket with a white logo on the left breast. He wore a black hood over his head, with dark blue jeans and either tan or green boots.
