Police are looking to question a man who reportedly took photos of elementary school students at a bus stop.
The incident reportedly took place on Wednesday morning in the Patriot's Glen neighborhood at the Thomas Jefferson and Patriots Way bus stop.
Elkton Police have identified the man as Igor G. Levykin. Officials say he fled the scene in a champagne colored Mercedes Benz with a Florida registration of JVWY46.
Levykin is described as a bald white male with a medium build.
Cecil County Public Schools are asking parents to "please take time to talk with your child about interactions with strangers, how to remain vigilant, and the importance of reporting any suspicious activity to an adult."
