A pregnant woman was sent into premature delivery after being attacked by multiple suspects during a home invasion in Cecil County, Maryland State Police said, and now police are hoping the public can help them identify and find her attackers.

Police shared a picture of a man they believe was among four suspects who committed the brazen attack on April 25. The suspect is being sought in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Delaware.

Police said the attackers brandished handguns during the attack, gaining entrance to the woman’s apartment and attacking her. Police said the woman was kicked in the stomach at some point during the attack. She was later hospitalized and delivered her baby prematurely.

Police believe the attack was not a random act but that the woman may have known at least one of her attackers.

Anyone in the three-state region who may have seen the suspect or who knows about his potential whereabouts should contact police at 410-996-7800. Use caution if you encounter the suspect as he is considered armed and dangerous, police said.
