The Cecil County Sheriff's Office says they are looking for one particular "jerk" who has been targeting a specific mailbox in Elkton.
A video posted on the office's social media pages on Monday shows a man kicking over a mailbox multiple times over a year, and uses hashtags like #Jerkstoreisout and #StampThemOut.

Deputies say the white man "with poor kicking skills" and his buddies are probably driving a Chevy Cruze while targeting an Elkton area home for the last year.
The department says they want to make the video go viral so that someone will come forward and identify the "jerk".
