ELKTON, Md. — Cecil County Police need help identifying three people who were seen stealing items from a Walmart in Elkton.
According to police, the incident happened on January 23 sometime between 9:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.
The three individuals are wanted for theft and fraud and police say they were last seen leaving in a taxi.
