ELKTON, Md. — Police are looking for a shirtless and shoeless man who was caught on video breaking into a Cecil County landfill.
According to the Cecil County Sheriff's Office, it happened early Wednesday morning at the County Landfill on Route 7 in Elkton.
The man reportedly stole thousands of dollars in county property including a Gator ATV.
He was last seen fleeing the landfill on the ATV at around 5 a.m.
The suspect appears to be bald with tattoos all over his body.
