Aberdeen police charged a 19-year-old convicted sex offender with rape.
Police charged Aaron Swanson, a tier III registered sex offender with rape and other sex offenses after investigating a complaint made December 1.
According to police, Swanson forcibly removed a woman’s clothes and raped her in a parked car in the 600 block of McHenry Drive.
Swanson is being held without bail at the Harford County Detention Center.
