During this time of year, deputies are used to seeing Grinches galore, but what was caught on camera in Bel Air even surprised them.
The Harford County Sheriff's Office posted in social media on Friday about a particular Grinch that used Cindy Lou Who to do his dirty deeds.
The video posted shows a young girl, deputies say no older than 8-years-old, run into a yard, look back for directions, and then steal a package from a porch. The incident happened on November 30, in the 400 block of Inex Court in Bel AIr.

The Sheriff's Office also says this video is a great reminder to be aware of your surroundings, look for suspicious activity in your neighborhood, and have packages delivered to a safe and secure location if you can!
