A deputy was briefly dragged by a car during a traffic stop on I-95 Wednesday morning, according to the Harford County Sheriff's Office.
Details are still limited at this time, but officials say the car the deputy was pulling over did stop and the deputy approached the car. The car then started to drive away, briefly dragging the deputy.
After a brief pursuit, the suspect bailed and then ran away. Deputies were able to find and arrest the suspect and say drugs were found in their car.
The deputy who was dragged has minor injuries and the sheriff's office say more information will be released later. Officials have not said where on I-95 the incident occurred.
