ABINGDON, Md. — Harford County detectives have arrested and charged a third man in connection to the stabbing at Bushmill Tavern on March 7.

37-year-old Richard Anthony Holbrook, of Abingdon, turned himself in on Saturday and is being charged with second-degree attempted murder, first and second-degree assault and reckless endangerment.
He is also being held without bail at Harford County Detention Center.
