Harford County Sheriff's are searching for a "master of disguise" who battled a vending machine and "won," only to leave the spoils behind.
The incident occurred on Oct. 8 at the Red Roof Inn in the 2100 block of Emmorton Park Rd. in Edgewood.
The man is seen in surveillance footage prodding the machine around 10 p.m. He walks away, but returns about ten minutes later, donning his cover – twisting his shirt above his head but leaving his face exposed – and beginning his assault on the machine.
He assesses his target and appears to possibly be speaking with someone not seen in the frame. After squaring up the machine, he beginnings kicking the glass casing, making contact eight times before the glass shatters.
After the damage is done, though, the man walks away without taking anything from the machine.
