A district court judge in Harford County has denied bail for a 15-year-old charged in the fatal stabbing of his 18-year-old brother.

Tylek Williams allegedly thrust a large kitchen knife into his brother, Gary, during an argument in their Belcamp home on Thursday.
Police say he showed no signs of emotion when he called 911 and when deputies arrived at his home.
Today in court, a public defender said Williams has emotionally shut down since the incident, and they added that his parents described his mental state by stating, “He's not all there.”
The judge denied a motion to move Williams to a juvenile facility after prosecutors argued that he could pose a threat to youthful offenders housed there.
For now, he will remain at the Harford County Detention Center awaiting a mental evaluation from a social worker.
