A man accused of shooting five of his co-workers in Maryland is heading to court in Delaware. Radee Prince's trial starts Tuesday, May 8.
Prince is charged with shooting a man at a Wilmington auto shop back in 2017. Hours earlier police say Prince opened fire inside Advanced Granite Solutions in Edgewood, killing three of his co-workers and sending two others to the hospital.
Prince faces multiple charges including First and Second Degree Murder in Maryland and Attempted Murder in Delaware. He is being tried in Delaware first because there he could face life in prison without parole.
The State's Attorney plans to try Prince in Maryland after his trial in Delaware.
