Two teenagers were arrested on Monday after a 19-year-old was killed during a drug deal in a high school parking lot over the weekend.
Last Friday police found a man, later identified as Thailek Jacob Willis, inside a car in the Edgewood High School parking lot with a gunshot wound in the upper body. Willis was taken to the hospital where he was later pronounced dead.

During an investigation, deputies discovered two Edgewood teens may have been involved, 15-year-old Jaylin Jerome Brown and 16-year-old Yasin Wallace Powell. The investigation revealed Willis drove to the parking lot to conduct a drug deal, but Powell and Brown approached his car with guns, saying it was a robbery.
Willis tried to drive away, but both Brown and Powell shot at him once, with one round hitting Willis and killing him.
Both Powell and Brown were charged as adults with first-degree murder, second-degree murder, armed robbery, first-degree assault, and other related charges. Both are at the Harford County Detention Center where they were denied bail.
