Howard County Police are still searching for information on a 2009 cold case.
Aaron Thomas Brice, who was 19 years old, was murdered at a Halloween party.
The party was at a home in the 11500 block of Manorstone Lane in Columbia. Sometime overnight between Oct. 31 and Nov. 1, 2009, someone opened fire inside the home.
Brice, of Silver Spring, was found dead at the scene. Another man, from Columbia, was also shot, transferred to University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center and survived his injuries.
