Wilson Orellana-Lemus, 22, of Tamebird Court, was arrested on Saturday and has been charged with first degree murder, attempted first-degree murder, first-degree assault, first-degree burglary, home invasion and theft.

Police arrived to an apartment in the 8800 block of Spiral Cut after family members asked for a wellness check. When officers arrived, they found Harris, 36, dead and Webb, 42, significantly injured. Webb was taken to Shock Trauma and remains in critical condition.

Investigators determined that both victims' injuries were a result of blunt force trauma.

Throughout the investigation, detectives developed Orellana-Lemus as a suspect. They believe that he entered the apartment through an unsecured window and assaulted Harris and Webb with a baseball bat before stealing Harris' jewelry and cell phone. He did not know either of the victims.

Orellana-Lemus is currently being held without bond at the Howard County Detention Center.

This is an ongoing investigation.
