COLUMBIA, Md. — Police have made an arrest in Monday's double shooting in Columbia.
Howard County Police identified Tyquan Leondre Carter as a suspect, and arrested him Tuesday afternoon.
Carter is charged with two counts of attempted first-degree murder, assault and related charges.
Through investigation, police believe that the two victims, 19-year-old D'Marni Ware and Jaiden Marquise Pender, 18, met with Carter to complete a drug deal.

Once an altercation happened, police believe Carter shot both of them before fleeing.
