Howard County police want to know where Kenneth Frizzell Diggs, Jr. is. He is wanted for fatally shooting a woman in a Laurel motel and hurting another person over the weekend.
Detectives are offering a reward of up to $5,000 for any information leading up to his arrest.
The murder happened at the Turf Motel in Laurel on July 2. Police responded to a report of a shooting and found Amanda Duer, 29, suffering from gunshot wounds. She was transported to Laurel Regional Hospital, where she died.
Derick Henderson, 33, was also hurt from a gunshot wound. His leg was hurt, but he has since been released from the hospital.
Police think Diggs, 47, and the victims were fighting when he arrived at their motel room and shot at them. He is charged with murder and burglary among others.
