A third teen has been arrested after 14-year-old Xavier Cole Young was shot and killed in North Laurel.
Howard County Police charged 15-year-old Melvin Jacome as an adult with murder and assault.
Police believe Young, Jacome and a few other teens were involved in a drug deal in the 9000 block of N. Laurel Road on Saturday, October 28.
Earlier this week Luis Gerardo Ordonez, 19, and Francisco J. Rodriguez, 16, were arrested and also charged as adults in the death of Young.

Jacome was arrested on Wednesday in Prince George's County without incident.
Ordonez, Rodriguez, and Jacome are being held without bond at the Howard County detention center.
