HOWARD COUNTY, Md. — Howard County Police have charged two men from Washington D.C. with stealing or attempting to steal rims and tires from vehicles at auto dealerships in the county since August.

35-year-old Dominic Marcel Fowler and 34-year-old Donovan Keith Braxton are charged with multiple counts of burlary, theft and destruction of property.

Investigators believe the two men stole six sets of rims and tires from vehicles on the lot of Koons Chevrolet in Clarksville in August and in October they believe they attempted to steal rims and tires from the lot of Apple Ford in Columbia.

Both are being held without bond.
